Organize a simple seven-day meal plan by entering breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas for each day. The planner provides a weekly grid that you can fill in, clear and print. It is a planning worksheet: it does not generate recipes, calculate nutrition, check dietary adequacy or automatically create a shopping list.

Your plan stays in your browser while this page is open and is not sent to or stored on our servers. Use Print plan to save or print it.

What the planner does

The interface creates seven rows, Monday through Sunday, and three editable fields per day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can type meal names, short notes or recipe references into the cells. The Print plan control opens the browser’s print workflow, where you can print the weekly grid or choose a PDF destination if your browser supports it. Clear all empties the planner fields.

The planner runs in the browser. Entries remain in the current page while it is open and are not submitted to or stored on Velora Foods servers by this tool. The current version does not provide account-based saving or automatic synchronization across devices. Print or copy your plan elsewhere if you need to keep it.

A practical weekly planning workflow

  1. Start with the days when meals are already fixed, such as work lunches, school days or family events.
  2. Add meals that reuse ingredients sensibly, so perishable items can be used before they spoil.
  3. Plan a realistic number of new recipes and leave room for leftovers or flexible meals.
  4. Review the week for missing ingredients, preparation time and equipment constraints.
  5. Print the plan or transfer the meal names into your own grocery list before shopping.

How to use the planner

Click or tap a cell and type a meal name. Each cell is independent, so the same dish can be repeated on several days. Use concise labels such as ‘oatmeal and fruit’ or ‘lentil soup with bread’. Select Print plan to open the browser print dialog. Select Clear all only when you want to empty the current grid.

Planning assumptions and limitations

The grid contains three meal occasions per day and does not include dedicated snack, beverage or portion fields. It does not assess calories, protein, allergens, food preferences, medical dietary requirements, cost or nutrient adequacy. A meal name alone is not enough information to calculate those values.

For household planning, add portion counts and ingredient quantities in a separate recipe or grocery calculator. Check food storage and reheating guidance for prepared meals, especially when cooking several days in advance. Keep chilled foods refrigerated promptly and follow current food-safety recommendations.

Frequently asked questions

Does the planner save my entries?

The current tool keeps entries in the page while it is open. It does not store them on Velora Foods servers or synchronize them between devices.

Can I plan snacks?

The current grid has breakfast, lunch and dinner columns only. You can include a snack in a cell’s text, but it is not a separate structured field.

Does it calculate nutrition?

No. Use a nutrition calculator with ingredient quantities and serving information for numerical nutrient estimates.
